WP1: Coordination of project
WP Lead: HPA
The HPA is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the project ensuring the timely delivery of the milestones and deliverables/outcomes. This includes managing all the contractual technical and financial administrations of the project on behalf of the Commission. Therefore the HPA is responsible for the correct and timely implementation of all phases and work packages of the project and this will include:
• Organization of the initial kick-off meeting
• Organization of regular project meetings and teleconferences between associate partners
• Organization of three interim meetings and a final project meeting/workshop
• Preparation of at least two interim reports and final report
• Preparation of documents for meetings and incorporating documents submitted from work package leads
• Collation of reports and relevant information from associate partners and collaborating partners
• Preparation of documents for meetings, teleconferences
• Management and resolution of potential conflicts between partners
